By accessing or using the Runa platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Runa provides an AI agent infrastructure platform that allows software companies to embed intelligent conversational agents into their products. Our services include the dashboard, API, SDKs, and widget embed.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must create an account to use Runa. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services.

You agree not to use Runa for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our services.

You may not use our services to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

You may not resell or redistribute our services without explicit written permission.

Runa and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform, including the software, design, logos, and documentation.

You retain ownership of your data and content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the services.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

If your payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend your account after a reasonable grace period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We will delete your data within 30 days of termination, subject to our data retention obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
